Thank you for shopping at The Perkatory!
This Shipping Policy describes how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within seven business (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions, or sales). We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or factors outside our control.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Ground shipping to domestic US locations is FREE

  • International shipping is a flat rate of $45

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.​

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The Perkatory is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Perkatory is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is damaged or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us at melissa@theperkatory.com, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at melissa@theperkatory.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
